Digital Performance Studio
Primary Uses:
The Digital Performance Studio is a large work-room for high level post-production
and research. Students interested in building controller devices, rehearsing multimedia works,
or mastering an audio project have access to this room. The room uses a moveable 8.1 system, with the ability to adapt to any
type of project. The main computer workstation houses the mastering suite, while up to 8
spaces are setup as "laptop docking stations", with the ability to plug into the 8.1 channel sound,
ethernet, printer, a second monitor, MIDI keyboard, and any custom designed hardware.
Students without a laptop may be able to borrow one of the S.T.R.U.M. studio's 6 laptops for specific projects.
