Assignments
Assignment 1:
The first assignment will be a short piece of your own design that incorporates exclusively MIDI. The piece should be over 2 minutes long and submitted on CD. Additionally, a short paper (1 page) explaining what went into the piece is required.

Grading will be based on the use of the tools and production value. I will not make any aesthetic judgments about your compositional work, so feel free to make a MIDI sequence in a techno, ambient, house, acousmatic, abstract, etc. style.
